Christian Teachers Are Needed in Africa, Asia, Latin America, and Eastern Europe

Training Leaders International (TLI) exists to strengthen the global church by working with national partners to plant and staff pastoral training schools in Asia, Africa, and Latin America. As the number of schools we partner with increase, so also does our need for qualified instructors to teach modules.

TLI is seeking to expand its pool of adjunct faculty. We are looking for elder-qualified churchmen, with pastoral experience and an ability to teach at the bachelor's or master's degree level. Some site locations require a master's degree, in others, a PhD or equivalent is preferred. All of our adjunct faculty are volunteer, and must raise support for their trip expenses (which vary with each site). TLI adheres to and requires that all visiting faculty embrace The Gospel Coalition confessional statement.

We are currently seeking to schedule faculty to fill class commitments in sites in Asia, Africa, Easter Europe and Latin America in 2019 and 2020 in the classic scope and sequence of pastoral training.
