In recent months and years, WRF member denominations, congregations, organizations, and individuals around the world have sought to respond biblically to questions about same-sex marriage and related matters. Below are a few items which have emerged from these discussions. We share them here hoping that they may be of assistance to other WRF members. The only "official" position the WRF has taken on these matters can be found in our Statement of Faith, the relevant section of which is also included below.

We just finished a wonderful graduation and thanksgiving service (May 4, 2019) attended by friends of Presbyterian Theological Seminary (PTS) from the US, the Netherlands, Australia, and from several states of India. This is a "look back" at all the Lord has done for us over the past 50 years.

As of April 1, 2019, the Sudanese Reformed Churches has sixteen congregations plus 18 groups in various locations including refugee camps. The total membership is approximately 6000. See the attachment for the Annual Report of the Sudanese Reformed Churches.

Many of you who are reading this will know of the work of Rutherford House. From January 2019, the work of Rutherford House will be taken forward by a new centre, to be called the Rutherford Centre for Reformed Theology (RCRT). The Director of the new Centre will be Professor A. T. B. McGowan.

More than 1500 people have died to date as a result of the recent earthquake and tsunami and many more are suffering the effects of this disaster.
