The General Assembly

At General Assemblies, we seek to do two primary things: 1) conduct the necessary business of the Assembly (such as considering any changes to our doctrinal standards or our purpose statements and electing the Board of Directors) and 2) addressing major issues facing the global Reformed and evangelical church.

The World Reformed Fellowship holds a General Assembly approximately once every four years.  The first General Assembly of the WRF was held in Orlando, Florida, in 2000; the second Assembly was held in Johannesburg, South Africa, in 2006; the third Assembly was held in Edinburgh, Scotland, in 2010; and the Fourth General Assembly was held in March of 2015, in Sao Paulo, Brazil.  The fifth General Assembly will be held in Jakarta, Indonesia from August 8 through August 12, 2019.
